Description

The complex consists of 13 one bedroom apartments and 1 store of 60 sq.m. Each apartment has a parking space and a storage room.

SPECIFICATIONS

1. FOUNDATION AND SKELETON

ANTISEISMIC DESIGN
Single sandal and study with anti-seismic design of high standards.

2. MASONY

INTERNAL Bricks 10cm thick and between the apartments bricks UB 200 thickness 25cm. 

EXTERIOR The outer walls will be bricks UB 200 thick 33cm with souva 2cm inside and 2cm outside.  The building will be thermally insulated according to European standards.

3. INSULATION

On the horizontal ceilings will be made the pours with scrit. The insulation of verandas will be done with mapelastic material from the company GEVO. In the other area it will be done by a specialized crew with a 10-year-old written guarantee for materials and installation. On the plate will be placed 8cm ceiling polysteline (roof mate). 

4. EXTERNAL WORK

Landscaping of outdoor areas, the tables around the building and the parking lot will be made with a grated concrete by a specialized crew.

5. MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS

AIR CONDITIONING Installation of all the required amenities for the installation of air conditioners type "split" in the living room and in all bedrooms
